2011, el Honorable Concejo Municipal sancion\u00f3 la Ordenanza N\u00ba 2.889\/2012 que modific\u00f3 la Ordenanza Tributaria Municipal, estableciendo coeficientes de ajustes cuatrimestrales para los siguientes tributos:\u00a0Tasa General de Inmuebles (TGI),\u00a0Tasa de Urbanizaciones Privadas (TUP) y\u00a0Tasa Retributiva de Servicios Sanitarios (TRSS).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La normativa establece una f\u00f3rmula polin\u00f3mica para la TGI y la TUP, y otra para la TRSS.\u00a0Ambos polinomios expresan\u00a0la incidencia de los principales \u00edtems de gastos (mano de obra, combustible, alquiler de equipos, etc.) en el incremento de costos de prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios municipales.
